Having held governmental positions in the realm of social policy institutions, he has advised various ministers in the social sector, led institutions with a social mandate, and played a crucial role in shaping social policy. Mihai is also an associate professor at the University of Bucharest and is a top-tier trainer and change architect for organizations committed to diversity and inclusion.
A leading expert in social, disability, and accessibility technologies, Marian formerly served as the Vice-President of the Economic and Social Council of Romania. Currently, he's an academic at Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj (Special Education Departament), overseeing the Office for Students with Disabilities (OSD) and partnering with the private sector for research and innovation aimed at individuals with disabilities.
As a national expert in the social sector, inclusive education, and a proponent of alternative education, Carmen has held advisory roles in the disability sector. She's profoundly acquainted with social issues and is an adept project manager for social initiatives.
